Privacy Statement
Updated September 26, 2026
This statement covers information handled through the Summit Industries LLC website and communications about an inquiry submitted here. It does not replace the privacy policies of client websites shown in our portfolio.
2. How information is used
We use inquiry information to acknowledge and answer your request, discuss scope and pricing, prepare proposals, maintain related business correspondence, and carry out services you separately agree to. We use technical information to operate the website, deliver email, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and protect the website and its visitors. We may also use relevant records to comply with legal duties and establish or defend legal claims.
Sending an inquiry requests contact about that inquiry. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize unrelated marketing. Information submitted through this form is not sold or rented or used for targeted advertising. Any materially different use requires appropriate notice and, where required, a separate choice or consent.
3. Service providers and disclosures
Vercel hosts the website and processes web requests and security information. Resend processes the form's email delivery: the full inquiry is sent to Summit's business mailbox, and a separate acknowledgment is sent to the email address supplied. Our business-email provider processes and stores those messages and follow-up correspondence. Sending a message to us is therefore not limited to storage within the website itself.
Google Fonts supplies some of the fonts used on this website. Your browser connects to Google to request these files, which discloses technical request information, including your IP address and browser information. Google Fonts is separate from Google Analytics.
Relevant information may also be disclosed to advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, protecting rights or safety, or resolving a dispute. If our business is reorganized or transferred, relevant records may be transferred subject to applicable law and the protections described in this statement. We do not publish your inquiry on the website.
4. Browser storage, tracking, and external links
The Reduce motion setting uses session storage in your browser to remember your preference during the browsing session. The site does not use that preference to identify you or track you across other websites. Your browser controls let you clear site storage; doing so can reset this preference.
This website does not include advertising pixels, Google Analytics, or cross-site behavioral advertising trackers. Hosting, security, font, and email services still process the operational information described above. Mentioning analytics setup in a client package does not mean that analytics is installed on this website.
Because we do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising, a Global Privacy Control signal does not change those practices. Legacy Do Not Track signals do not otherwise change the site's essential operation. This statement does not promise to disable necessary hosting, security, or font requests when either signal is enabled.
When you choose a portfolio or other external link, you leave this website. The destination may collect information or use tracking technologies under its own privacy policy. Email delivery providers process delivery records; displaying remote images in an email can also result in a request to the image host.
5. Retention and security
Retention depends on why a record is needed: answering an active inquiry, maintaining a client relationship, satisfying accounting or other legal requirements, resolving disputes, or preventing abuse. Records should not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes. Provider logs, mailbox records, and backups have separate retention controls; this website does not automatically delete every copy of an inquiry on a fixed schedule.
You can request deletion using the contact details below. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, or legal claims. Where information remains in backups, removal can follow the applicable backup cycle rather than happening immediately.
The website uses HTTPS and safeguards on its contact endpoint. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. This statement does not waive any security or breach-notification duties that apply to us. Report a suspected privacy or security problem using the contact details below.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry by emailing zackarmijo@summitindustries.llc with the subject Privacy request. Describe the request and the email address used for the inquiry. Do not send identification documents or passwords with your initial request. We may ask for limited information needed to verify your identity and authority before disclosing or changing records.
Depending on your location and which law applies, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or an appeal of a denied request. An authorized agent may contact us with evidence of authority. We will handle applicable rights requests within the period required by law, explain any lawful refusal or extension, and will not discriminate against you for exercising protected rights.
To appeal a decision where an appeal right applies, reply to our decision or email the same address with Privacy appeal in the subject line. You may also contact your state attorney general or other competent privacy regulator. Not all privacy laws or statutory rights apply to every business or every type of record.
7. Children and international visitors
This website offers services for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
Summit is based in Colorado, United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries in which they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Visiting the site is not treated as a blanket waiver of privacy rights or consent to a transfer for which the law requires a separate safeguard.
8. Changes and contact
We will post changes to this statement here and update the date above. Where required, we will give additional notice or obtain consent before a material change in how previously collected information is used. An updated statement does not retroactively remove applicable rights.
